As you may be aware outline planning permission has now been granted for 200 homes on sites near Marley Lane (the doctors surgery end of the village). But in addition to this, a developer wants to build a further 120 homes at the back of Chiltern Close and Farm Close. Planning permission was initially refused and the developer has lodged an appeal.
